Shrivan Wattamwar
Founder

Shrivan is a founder of GDC and has extensive experience of working on transnational projects ranging from residential developments, urban design, educational institutions. He has worked on public as well as private projects. Few of his designs have been acknowledged at international level. He has also worked closely with Columbia University to study the ancient water management system at one of the oldest cities of India – Varanasi.
He has also worked with Govt. of India on Smart Cities Mission where his work includes revenue models for urban infrastructure projects, Placemaking initiatives at city level to uplift the dead and underutilized spaces. He has also worked on electric public transportation systems and was qualified to receive Rs.55Cr. of funding for the city of Kakinada. Moreover, He is experienced professional in strategic consulting domain and performed various feasibility studies in Mumbai Region.
He holds Master Degrees in Infrastructure Design & Management from IIT Kharagpur and Bachelor of Architecture from SPA, Bhopal. He is registered with Council of Architecture, India. Supplementing his diverse portfolio of work, he has published his research papers at Consulate General of India, New York City, USA and Smart Cities Conference, Thailand.
Abhishek is a Co-founder at GDC. He comes with immense knowledge of Project Management and have onsite experience of implementing residential, industrial, processing plants and power plant projects of wide range. He always practices the key principles of inter-disciplinary collaboration into the projects he undertakes. He strives to bridge the gap between recent technologies and construction industry by adopting new efficient methods.
Along with the strong skills he possesses good academic background. He holds Master Degrees in Infrastructure Design & Management from IIT Kharagpur and B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. He has explored an automated system to extract the valuable information from any construction project by using advanced machine learning tools. Furthermore, his work on water urbanism was presented at Consulate General of India, New York City, USA.

Naushad Ahmad

Naushad Ahmad is a Co-founder of GDC and has hands-on experience in implementing interior turnkey projects ranging from commercial, residential & retails. His major contribution of work had been in projects related to Infrastructure Facility Planning, Rural Housing, Ghats Redevelopment, Project Management and Implementation. Having exposure to international projects he has worked in Doha metro major station project and closely work with Columbia University Urban studio Program ‘Water Urbanism’
He has also worked with Govt. of India on Smart Cities Mission where his work includes strategizing the frameworks and concept development to implement various central government initiatives by MoHUA such as Nurturing Neighbourhood Challenge, Transport4All, etc, Placemaking initiatives at the city level to uplift the dead and underutilized spaces.
He’s a postgraduate in Infrastructure Design and Management from IIT, Kharagpur and holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia. He is registered with the Council of Architecture, India. Augmenting his varying portfolio, he has published his research paper at the consulate general of India, New York City, USA.
